Our Response to COVID-19
The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted communities worldwide, presenting new challenges for individuals, families, and healthcare systems. We have implemented enhanced safety protocols to help reduce the risk of transmission and protect both our clients and staff, including:
- Sharing up-to-date guidance on COVID-19 prevention with all caregivers and healthcare personnel
- Conducting temperature screenings at the start of every shift
- Supplying personal protective equipment (PPE), such as gloves, face masks, and protective clothing
- Reviewing the medical history of individuals to identify risk factors
How You Can Help
- Limit outings and remain at home unless absolutely necessary
- Remember that asymptomatic individuals can still transmit the virus
- Maintain a minimum distance of six feet from others and wear a cloth face covering when outside
- Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, or use a hand sanitizer with 70% alcohol when soap isn’t available
