Extended outpatient care with housing support and structured daily services
The Outpatient Program (OP) is available for adolescents and adults. This program includes transitional housing that typically lasts 6 to 12 months, depending on individual circumstances. Participants receive intensive outpatient treatment focused on substance use and behavioral health. Services include one-on-one counseling, group sessions, mental health support, case management, two meals daily, personal care items, clothing, and medication assistance. Help is also provided to find access to affordable housing options.
